Exam note: Class XI is a school examination: CISCE says the Class XI final examination is conducted internally by schools. The ISC 2028 syllabus sets Paper I (Theory) at 70 marks and 3 hours, with unit weightage Diversity of Living Organisms 9, Structural Organisation in Animals and Plants 11, Cell: Structure and Function 15, Plant Physiology 17, Human Physiology 18. Paper II (Practical, 3 hours) carries 15 marks, project work 10 and practical file 5. CISCE publishes no Class XI question-paper layout.
