Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid plans on QuestionBuddy (questionbuddy.in), run by Fitnitro Technology Private Limited. Paid plans: Exam Pass ₹799 (GST included), Year Plan ₹1,499 plus 18% GST (₹1,768.82 at checkout) and Next-class renewal ₹1,499 (GST included) (see plans and prices).

Full refund within 7 days

  • If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your payment, including the GST you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
  • To ask, use the "Ask for a full refund" button next to the payment on your parent dashboard, or email support@questionbuddy.in from the email address on your QuestionBuddy account, with your Razorpay payment ID (it is in your receipt and in Razorpay's confirmation email).
  • We confirm your request within 2 working days. The money goes back to the account or card you paid with. Razorpay and banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
  • When a refund is issued, the paid access bought with that payment ends. Your children's practice history and mistakes notebook stay on the free plan.
  • After 7 days from the payment date, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you by mistake.

Cancellation

  • Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Plans never renew automatically and we never charge you again, so there is nothing to cancel. When a plan ends, your children go back to the Free plan with all their history.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the parent dashboard. Deleting an account does not by itself refund a payment; ask for the refund within 7 days as above.

Payment problems

  • If money was taken but your plan did not start, it usually starts on its own within a few minutes. If it has not after an hour, email us with your payment ID and we will start it or refund it in full.
  • If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate in full, whenever you tell us.
