1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of your payment date
- Your account has not downloaded more than 3 files since purchase
- It is your first purchase (subsequent renewals are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue)
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@questionbuddy.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay Order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
We will process your refund within 2 business days. Razorpay typically credits refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- If more than 3 files have been downloaded
- Annual plan renewals (we will send a reminder 7 days before renewal)
- School/B2B licensing plans (governed by separate contract terms)
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, contact us immediately. We will either fix the issue within 24 hours or issue a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.
