By creating an account or using Question Buddy (questionbuddy.in), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Question Buddy provides educational content including solved CBSE board examination question papers, cheat sheets, and predicted sample papers for Class 10 and Class 12 students. Content is for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

2. Account Responsibility

• You must be 13 years or older to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts or credentials is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Question Buddy — including solved answers, cheat sheets, sample papers, website design, and written explanations — is the intellectual property of Question Buddy.

• You may download and print content for your personal study use only.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publish our content on any platform.
• You may not use our content to create competing educational materials.
• CBSE question papers are in the public domain. Our solutions and explanations are our original work.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are annual and auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before renewal.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
• Refund policy: see our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Sharing downloaded files with others or on social media / messaging apps
• Using automated tools to bulk download content
• Attempting to bypass subscription gates or access restricted content
• Impersonating other users or Question Buddy staff

6. Disclaimer

Question Buddy is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Our sample papers are predictions based on trend analysis, not official CBSE papers.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of solutions, but we do not guarantee that our answers match official CBSE marking schemes. Students should cross-verify with their teachers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Question Buddy is not liable for any exam results, scores, or outcomes. Our service is a study aid only. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for sharing or redistributing content. No refund will be issued for terminations due to policy violations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
