  2. घर बैठे सुविधाएँ: इसके द्वारा खाते की शेष राशि देखना, पैसे भेजना, बिजली-पानी के बिल भरना, मोबाइल रिचार्ज, टिकट बुकिंग, चेक-बुक आवेदन और ऋण की जानकारी जैसे कार्य कुछ ही क्षणों में हो जाते हैं। इससे समय, श्रम और कागज़ की बचत होती है तथा सेवा चौबीसों घंटे उपलब्ध रहती है।
