  1. शीर्षक: खेलों का बदलता स्वरूप

    पारंपरिक खेल: पहले कबड्डी, खो-खो, गिल्ली-डंडा, पिट्ठू, लट्टू जैसे खेल गली-मैदानों में खेले जाते थे। इनमें कम साधन लगते थे, सब साथ खेलते थे और शरीर के साथ भाईचारा भी बढ़ता था।

  2. वर्तमान समय में खेल: आज क्रिकेट, फ़ुटबॉल, बैडमिंटन जैसे खेल व्यावसायिक रूप ले चुके हैं, आधुनिक उपकरण, प्रशिक्षण और लीग हैं। साथ ही मोबाइल व कंप्यूटर के ऑनलाइन गेम बच्चों को मैदान से दूर कर रहे हैं।

  3. लाभ-हानि: आधुनिक खेलों से करियर, प्रसिद्धि और तकनीकी कौशल मिलता है, पर महँगे साधन, स्क्रीन की लत, आँखों व स्वास्थ्य की हानि और अकेलापन बढ़ता है। संतुलन रखकर मैदानी खेलों को अपनाना चाहिए।
