Subject: Poor library facilities and suggestions for improvement
Dear Madam,
I am the parent of a student of your school and write to draw your attention to the state of the library. The collection is small and outdated, the shelves and seats are worn out, and poor record-keeping of issued books leads to misplacement.
I suggest adding the latest books in all genres, along with audiobooks and e-readers. Comfortable seating and good lighting would make the space inviting. Teachers could also take part in regular reading periods to encourage children.
I hope you will act on these suggestions soon.
Yours faithfully
Sonia
