(ख) आपकी सोसायटी में गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर संगठन के सचिव होने के नाते सोसायटी निवासियों को इसकी जानकारी देने हेतु लगभग 60 शब्दों में एक सूचना पत्र तैयार कीजिए।

  2. सोसायटी के सभी निवासियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर 26 जनवरी को प्रातः 8 बजे ध्वजारोहण के बाद सोसायटी के उद्यान में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम होगा। इसमें देशभक्ति गीत, नृत्य, नाटक और भाषण की प्रस्तुतियाँ होंगी। भाग लेने के इच्छुक बच्चे और निवासी 20 जनवरी तक सचिव के पास नाम दर्ज कराएँ। सभी परिवारों से सपरिवार पधारने का अनुरोध है।
