आपका नाम अनामिका/अनामय है । पिछले महीने आपने अपना घर बदला है । अपने बैंक खाते में पुराने पते के स्थान पर अपना नया पता बदलवाने के लिए संबंधित बैंक प्रबंधक को लगभग 100 शब्दों में एक पत्र लिखें ।

  2. विषयवस्तु: मेरा आपकी शाखा में बचत खाता (खाता संख्या ........) है। पिछले माह मैंने अपना निवास बदल लिया है और अब मैं नए पते (मकान नं. ..., स्थान ...) पर रहता/रहती हूँ। खाते में अब भी पुराना पता दर्ज है, जिससे पासबुक, चेकबुक, एटीएम कार्ड और विवरण पुराने पते पर जा सकते हैं। अतः कृपया खाते में पुराना पता हटाकर नया पता दर्ज करें। नए पते का प्रमाण (आधार कार्ड की प्रति) संलग्न है। आपकी अति कृपा होगी।
