  2. विषयवस्तु: मैं शक्ति, लालटेन गंज का निवासी हूँ। पिछले एक माह से हमारे क्षेत्र में प्रतिदिन कई घंटे बिजली गुल रहती है। इससे विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई, व्यापार और पानी की आपूर्ति प्रभावित है, बुज़ुर्ग व रोगी भी परेशान हैं। शिकायत दर्ज कराने पर भी समाधान नहीं हुआ। कृपया लाइनों व ट्रांसफ़ॉर्मर की जाँच कर शीघ्र नियमित आपूर्ति बहाल कराएँ।
