Content: Agree. Mandela says that people must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, because love comes more naturally to the human heart. He saw apartheid teach hatred through colour, yet he saw goodness even in jailers and oppressors. Goodness is a flame that can be hidden but never extinguished. His own life, from prison to a free South Africa, shows that people can rise above race and religion and see humanity in each other.
