Exam note: Accountancy. Class XI is a school examination: CISCE says the Class XI final examination is conducted internally by schools. The ISC 2028 syllabus sets Paper I (Theory) at 80 marks and 3 hours, with unit weightage Introduction 2, Accounting Concepts 4, Journal, Ledger and Trial Balance 12, Bank Reconciliation Statement 10, Depreciation 10, Bills of Exchange 7, Final Accounts 14, Rectification of Errors 8, Not-for-profit Organisations 10, Computerised Accounting 3; Paper II (Project Work) carries 20 marks. CISCE publishes no Class XI question-paper layout.
